You can walk into any Jamaican home, especially on a Sunday, and almost guarantee that you will run into some nice Rice and Peas and Chicken meal. I don't know of many Jamaicans, except for vegetarians, who don't love this dish. Jamaicans will also boast that no one in the world can cook this dish like them. Mmmm.
