Judge Rules Against Michael Jackson’s Mother

A Los Angeles probate judge rules that Michael Jackson Will is legit and his mother was not chosen as the executor of the Will. Instead Michael’s attorney John Branca and veteran music mogul John McClain are chosen by Jackson to be executors of his estate. However Michael Jackson mom’s is one of the beneficiary of the estate.
