Brigitte Foster-Hylton wins 100m Hurdle in Berlin

Flash. Brigitte Foster-Hylton just won the 100 meter Hurdle in Berlin Germany. She is the first Jamaican to ever win gold in 100 meter hurdle race.  34 year old Brigitte was shocked after she found out that she won the race. She had already planned to retire next year. I hope she stays now.

ShellyAnn Frazer won 100m in 10.73 Sec

shellyann fraserJamaica took home another gold medal when Shelly Ann Fraser won the female 100 meter race in Berlin today.  Jamaican Sprinter Kerron Stewart got the silver when she came in second with 10.75.  So after Usain Bolt dazzling performance yesterday, Jamaica now officially produces the fastest runners on earth. Any challenge anyone? Jamaica, you large!

Usain Bolt Unbelievable 9.58

Usain single handedly has done his part unselfishly, gentle yet forcefully. He has set a new world record in the 100 meters race. It is now in the hands of all other Jamaicans to take their place get a hold of the baton and finish the race. We cannot be selfish and we cannot act stupid with what God has blessed us with. Jamaican Usain Bolt Smashing 9.58 Sec

Jamaican Sprinter Usain Bolt  demolished American Sprinter Tyson Gay and Break his own World Record of 9.69 when he ran 9.58 in Berlin Germany today. Bolt put to rest any doubt that he is the fastest man on earth. Another Jamaican ace sprinter Asafa Powell ran third place in the race. Powell and Bolt celebrated the event together after the race by dancing the luggo luggo dance and the sasa step.

Rev. Paul Lewis and Christian Hipocrisy

Words out are that Rev. Dr. Paul Lewis is to be the host at the so called ‘Gathering of the Prophets’ conference which begins today at the Merl grove High School in Kingston. Dr. Lewis is a very prominent N.Y. based pastor who was recently arrested in Jamaica for carnal abuse and indecent assault. The charges stemmed from an alleged affair that Dr. Lewis had with a 15 year old girl while in Jamaica on missionary duties. Read the rest of this entry

There could never be a better moment in Tyson Gay’s life than to put the Jamaican speed man under manners. Bolt and the other Jamaican female runners have shut down the dominant USA Olympic sprinters since the last Olympic in Beijing. Since then there has been petty sniping all over about who is fast and why who is faster fast and all kind of things. Now the proof will be in the pudding.
