Jamaica Rice, Peas and Chicken
Rice and Peas and chicken as it is affectionately called is a well loved dish in Jamaica. You can walk into any Jamaican home, especially on a Sunday, and almost guarantee that you will run into some nice Rice and Peas and Chicken meal. I don't know of many Jamaicans, except for vegetarians, who don't love this dish. Jamaicans will also boast that no one in the world can cook this dish like them. Mmmm.

Dunns River Fall Jamaica
Dunn's River Falls is a famous waterfall near Ocho Rios, Jamaica and a major Caribbean tourist attraction that attracts thousands of visitors each year.[1][2].
About 1,000 feet (300 m) high,[3] the waterfalls are terraced like giant stair steps. Several small lagoons are interspersed among the vertical sections of the falls.
Climbing up the waterfalls is a popular tourist activity[4] and is often, but not exclusively, performed with the help of tour guides from the park. | Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt recently declared in London that he is clean and it will take years for people to really believe he is. Bolt was referring to the fact that he is not the fastest man in the world because he is doped up or on any type of drugs. We know Bolt is drugs free not because we believe that he is honest or any thing like that. We know that he is clean because as a Jamaican the authorities have single tested, double tested, triple tested, quadruple tested and single tested him again.

| Good move by Asafa Powell to launch a charity. It is always good to give back or try and help those who are less fortunate or who have plans to fallow in your footstep. Asafa is aware that there is a need out there and have come up with a plan to help others who someday might not only enjoy what it feels like to travel to other places and represent their country, and even to win a medal and to stand proud as your country’s national anthem is played. Wishing you all the best Asafa I hope you will get the necessary contributions in order to make this charity a success.

| It is rather amazing and suspicious to have the political leaders both present and pass and police officers revealing to the gleaner that they are aware of the ganja /gun transaction that is taking place at Hellshire beach. This has me wondering how much does the police and the political leaders are contributing to the illegal activities that are taking place in Jamaica. It is sad to say Read the rest of this entry »

| In response to Mr. Martin Henry Commentary in the Gleaner June 21, 2009 titled ‘The Brown Man Wins’ was a very interesting and will put together article which from his prospective he believes that colour is not an issue in Jamaica and therefore it was not a factor in the by- election that took place in Portland and St. Catherine . As he has stated and reflects on articles from the great pollster Carl Stone views political sociology of Jamaica as it relates to class.
