| I am presently living in the USA but from your letter in the Gleaner 1-6-2010 I do believe that I am living in the wrong place. Maybe I should be living in the same country that you live in where white don’t discriminate against black. Rice and Peas and chicken as it is affectionately called is a well loved dish in Jamaica. You can walk into any Jamaican home, especially on a Sunday, and almost guarantee that you will run into some nice Rice and Peas and Chicken meal. I don't know of many Jamaicans, except for vegetarians, who don't love this dish. Jamaicans will also boast that no one in the world can cook this dish like them. Mmmm.
