Prominent educator and Vice Chancellor of the University of the West Indies (UWI), Professor Rex Nettleford is dead. Professor Nettleford graduated from UWI and also is a Rhode Scholar from London Oxford University. Jamaica has now lost one of its most outstanding citizens of the 21st century.
