Mr. Golding if by chance you care one bit about Jamaica then sir please I am begging you to resign. This matter has already done too much damage for every Jamaicans as it relates to the children and what they went through during the state of emergency, the exchange of bullets and the death of more than 70 Jamaicans, the fear that they went through when they had to take their exams inspite of gunshot ringing around them. The US Law firm Mnatt, Phelps and Phillips is at the heart of the saga involving the extradition of alleged drug and gun runner Christopher ‘Dudus’ Coke. Jamaicans worldwide are calling for the resignation of Jamaican Prime Minister over the Manatt, Phelps & Phillips Dudus extradition matter. The issue at hand is whether the Prime Minster in his capacity as government of Jamaica hired American law firm Manatt, Phelps & Phillips to assist alleged drug and gun smuggler Christopher ‘Dudus’ Coke avoid extradition to the US. The PM and has long insisted that any arrangement between himself and Manatt, Phelps & Phillips was conducted on behalf of the Jamaica Labor Party and not the Jamaican Government.
Recent emails transcript provided by the Jamaica Gleaner has refuted argument by the Bruce Golding government that members of the government did not engage Manatt, Phelps & Phillips in discussions on extradition matters. There are so much inconsistencies, innuendos, and deceptions in the whole sags that people are calling on members of the government including the Prime Minister himself to resign.

It seems like the Dudus Coke, Bruce Golding, Manatt, Phelps and Phillips saga is still alive and refuses to go away. According to a Gleaner report email transcript shows that both the government players such as Attorney General Dorothy Lighbourne, Solicitor General Douglas Leys, Attorney Harold Brady, Prime minister Bruce Golding and Manatt officials may have known more than what they previously admitted to. I was disappoint during my last visit as I tried to find some Jamaican candy I have been to many wholesales and shops and I haven’t come across any. I wanted to get some ginger ale, Icy mint and epically some busta (stag aback) because I wanted to give some to a Trinidadian co worker who had brought a similar candy from Trinidad and shared with us.
