This is an account of a 67 year old woman who was robbed $3000 during  a flight from London to Jamaica. It seemed like she was drugged by some scam artists and her money taken from her bags. Lotto Scammers Are Still At Work

One would think that with all the publicity surrounding the Lottery Scam that  victims would be hard to come, by but apparently not so. Several senior citizens in  the USA and other countries are still being bilked out of millions by so called Lotto Scammers. The scammers would called from countries like Jamaica and tell mostly senior citizens that they win the lotto but they need to pay money upfront to collect the proceeds. Although this seems foolish to many of us several hundreds  senior citizens fall for it and lose millions of dollars. It is said that some victims have lost in excess of US$500,000. We can’t emphasize this anymore. If you did not buy lotto how could you win it?

Justice Served

I can remember when going to school how I used to admire the police especially an inspector of police who used to monitor the minivans and the schooler as we go back and forth from school. I admire and respected them very much and after graduating I told my mother that I would like to become a police officer. Unfortunately I was not given the chance to do so, because I was too short. I was still determined to become an office but I was turned down the second time for the same reason, my height.

Looking for a Country that Was my Home

I always thought that one day I would return to the country of my birth but from where I now stand I am so confused not knowing if I am going or coming. More Questions than Answers

I try to read the Jamaica news print as often as possible but somehow I think that I am confused by what I am reading or that I need someone to explain exactly what is happening in regard to the KINGSTON CONTAINER TERMINAL.I think that all Jamaicans as well as myself is entitled to an explanation regarding the country’s asset. Yeah! I know Air Jamaica is already gone so why bring it up again I mention it due to the fact that myself and others still feel the pain of abandonment every time we have to travel home.
