Jamaica Rice, Peas and Chicken
Rice and Peas and chicken as it is affectionately called is a well loved dish in Jamaica. You can walk into any Jamaican home, especially on a Sunday, and almost guarantee that you will run into some nice Rice and Peas and Chicken meal. I don't know of many Jamaicans, except for vegetarians, who don't love this dish. Jamaicans will also boast that no one in the world can cook this dish like them. Mmmm.

Dunn's River Falls is a famous waterfall near Ocho Rios, Jamaica and a major Caribbean tourist attraction that attracts thousands of visitors each year.[1][2].
About 1,000 feet (300 m) high,[3] the waterfalls are terraced like giant stair steps. Several small lagoons are interspersed among the vertical sections of the falls.

| I cannot see how the Prime Ministers of Jamaica present and pass allow free reign of the Dons throughout the country. It is about time for the country elected officials to stop the backward practice. If the Dons or community leaders want to lead then they should go forth and do it the correct way. | Leader of the opposition Honorable Portia Simpson must be smiling after PNP candidate Bernard van Riel won the Cornwall Mountain Division in Westmoreland. Bernard beat JLP candidate Keith Barnes. Normally these little by-elections would go unnoticed but recently there have been battles over MP seats due to Dual Citizenship issues. Both the Prime Minister Bruce Golding and Simpson have been hot on the campaign trails supporting their candidates. The victory is even sweeter for Portia Simpson after some embarrassing loss.

| President Barrack Obama chooses a Hispanic woman, Sonia Sotomayor, as supreme court nominee. She would be the first Hispanic to be chosen as a supreme court justice, if elected. From what we are hearing the republicans are going to have a hard time to defeat her. They may not go after her with the hatchet either out of fear of alienating the Hispanic community which is going to be instrumental in their chances of getting back in the White House.
