Jamaica Rice, Peas and Chicken
Rice and Peas and chicken as it is affectionately called is a well loved dish in Jamaica. You can walk into any Jamaican home, especially on a Sunday, and almost guarantee that you will run into some nice Rice and Peas and Chicken meal. I don't know of many Jamaicans, except for vegetarians, who don't love this dish. Jamaicans will also boast that no one in the world can cook this dish like them. Mmmm.

It is going to be an interesting race since both Powell and Bolt clocked 9.82 sec. in recent races. The world will be tuned in to See how this race ends today. Most likely Usain is the favorite but Powell cannot be underestimated. He is in true form recently and it seems like he has a lot more courage and motivation.

| Asafa Powell is certainly regaining some of the respect he deserves after he dominate the men 100 meters race in the Czech Republic by clocking 9.83 seconds. Powell achieved this milestone despite heavy rain and bad weather on a whole. Powell will be a force to reckon wiht in the near future and Usain bolt needs to watch out!
