It is purported that Michael Jackson left a will which he wrote in 2002. The will  names Jackson’s mother, Katherine, as the guardian of his children and places his assets in a trust, and it names his longtime attorney John Branca and music executive John McClain as executors.

It has been widely rumored that Michael died ‘intestate’ that is without leaving a will. As far as we know the will has not been authenticated by any court and for sure the Jackson family apparently did not know about it. Legit or not, it is noteworthy that father Joe Jackson was not mentioned in the will. Maybe Michael is still rubbing his behind from all those allegedly ‘buss ass’ or beating for that matter.
