Words are that super popular, entertainer, rich girl, socialite, Hollywood regular Paris Hilton was caught in South Africa with ganja. Paris Hilton has since been released and ordered to leave South Africa. Some news reporting that another girl took the rap for Hilton.

This is why there needs to be a universal understanding about marijuana use. So many people use the weed that there should be an acceptable amount for smoking purposes. There are many studies which show that Cannabis is not the same as hard drugs like cocaine and heroine. It even possesses  many medicinal uses.

People from the rich to the poor the important to the unimportant dabble with the weed. Some states subtly are making the weed available for everyday usage. Although I do not smoke it is ridiculous to arrest anyone for one spliff. If you are selling and trafficking that is another thing.
