With the election of Barrack Obama as president of the USA, many people believe that this signals an era of a new beginning in race relationship but apparently some people are determined to keep it alive. Just this week a cartoon in the New York Post referred to Obama as a Chimpanzee. The creator did it in a way that he could wiggle his way out, but the inference was very clear about his intentions.
